About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in paid advertising, PPC, and digital campaigns, with a strong focus on blockchain events for at least 5 years. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can optimize paid marketing efforts, drive ROI, and enhance brand visibility within the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels.

• Optimize PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.

• Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to ensure cost efficiency and high ROI.

• Leverage data-driven insights to track campaign performance and make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align marketing efforts.

• Oversee marketing efforts for AI events, ensuring strong audience engagement and lead generation.

• Stay up to date with blockchain trends, industry regulations, and ad platform updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and digital advertising.

• 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns for Blockchain events.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.

• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and generate insightful reports.

• Strong understanding of Blockchain, and AI-related marketing strategies.
