Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis & Insights (New & Existing Client - Content Production)

• Prioritise unique, engaging content that stands out from industry norms, avoiding generic or regurgitated market analysis.
• Produce daily market analysis videos, including two live trading sessions per week covering trends, insights, and strategies.
• Develop diverse content formats, such as monthly special themes, in-depth market strategy series, and educational segments.
• Publish two Instagram carousel posts per week with market insights, trading tips, and educational content.
• Share two detailed chart analyses per week to provide real-time market breakdowns.
• Launch a weekly market brief newsletter, delivering key financial market insights to enhance client engagement and attract potential leads.
• Work closely with the content team to create compelling blog articles that drive organic traffic and educate traders.

• AI Video Production & Content Innovation

• Implement AI-powered video production tools to enhance the speed, quality, and engagement of trading content.
• Leverage AI-generated visuals, speech synthesis, and automation to scale content delivery efficiently.
• Explore new content formats and interactive experiences that drive higher engagement and provide unique value to traders.

• Trader Tools & Software Development

• Work with internal teams to develop advanced trading tools and resources, providing valuable insights that encourage platform engagement and client retention.

• Market Insights & Internal Knowledge Support (Secondary Priority)

• Provide timely market insights to support the Marketing and Sales teams in refining messaging and engagement strategies.
• Deliver regular financial market updates to internal teams, ensuring alignment on key market developments and trends.
• Act as a knowledge resource for the Marketing and Sales teams, helping refine internal financial market knowledge to improve content accuracy and client interactions.

• Newsletter & Subscriber Growth

• Build a subscriber list strategy to expand newsletter reach and introduce exclusive content targeting Introducing Brokers (IBs) and high-value traders.

RequirementsRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in market analysis, financial content creation, or forex trading research.
• Strong understanding of forex markets, trading strategies, and financial instruments.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate market trends into engaging content.
• Experience in video production and digital content creation for social media.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools and emerging trends in financial media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proficiency in charting tools, market research software, and data visualization.
