Your Impact

In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our clients' success. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Creative Briefs: Craft data-informed creative Ad strategies that differentiate brands and drive performance.
• Ad Scripts: Write ad scripts that convert into sales for our customers.
• Client strategy: You have the overview of what is performing and what's not, what the next weeks will look like creatively for our clients.
• Insight Generation: Deliver actionable research and strategic test frameworks that lead to continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide teams through creation of new strategic concepts for both evergreen & promotional campaigns.
• Client Communication: Present creative ideas and strategies directly to clients, helping them understand the strategic vision.

Requirements

• 4 years experience creating and executing Ad strategic concepts at an e-commerce brand or digital marketing agency
• Experience in writing scripts for ads
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience, writing briefs and managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to structure strategic tests to arrive at actionable insights
• An understanding of current and future design, & Ad trends
• Insatiable curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
