What We’re Seeking:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with exceptional project management, digital marketing, and copywriting skills to join our growing team and make an impact across our family of natural wellness brands: Orinoco (launching Q2 2025), R&R CBD, and Summit. Reporting directly to our Retention Marketing Director, you’ll collaborate with our in-house team to execute high-priority marketing initiatives, manage projects with precision, and contribute to creative strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce growth.

In this role, you’ll be the hub of activity, managing diverse marketing projects across email, social media, website updates, and copywriting. Proficiency in project management tools like Notion, Slack, and Miro will be essential to keep our marketing calendar running smoothly across multiple brands. You’ll build and schedule email, social media, and SMS campaigns, ensuring each aligns with our brand vision and delivers results. Beyond campaigns, you’ll have a direct hand in client service, responding to inquiries via email, text, and social media to foster connections and strengthen brand loyalty.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our digital presence by auditing website content, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and reviewing all marketing materials for quality and alignment with brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate Across Marketing Functions: Work closely with our in-house marketing team on project management duties spanning, copy, email, website management, client service, and more.
• Leverage AI for Content Creation: Use AI as a co-pilot to support copywriting development needs, enhancing efficiency and creativity. Add the human element by ensuring all copy generated with AI meeting our brand standards.
• Build and Schedule Campaigns: Assist in the building and scheduling of emails, SMS, and social media campaigns to ensure timely execution and engagement.
• Oversee Website Updates and Functionality: Take charge of managing and auditing website changes, including updates to product and collection pages, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date. Test and optimize themes for performance, accuracy, and functionality to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Drive Community Engagement: Manage community outreach and engagement efforts to grow our following, including responding to all comments, messages, and tags across social channels.
• Ensure Content Accuracy and Brand Alignment: Review all digital marketing content and collateral to confirm they are error-free and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay Ahead of Digital Marketing Trends: Discover and provide recommendations on digital marketing best practices and trends to drive e-commerce growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Collaborate with the Client Service team to respond to customer inquiries via email and chat services on an as-needed basis.

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of e-commerce / digital marketing experience required.
• Experience with Shopify, Klavyio, Figma, Notion and other marketing software required.
• Copywriting experience is required.
