About The Role Maximus is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Recruitment Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Marketing team. This fully remote, limited service role focuses on attracting top talent through modern digital advertising and recruitment marketing strategies. There is potential for the role to transition to a regular full-time position in 2026, based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email nurturing, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Build and engage talent networks and talent communities.
• Coordinate and promote recruiting events, both virtual and on-site.
• Act as a brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Generate and present monthly updates on talent acquisition marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on key talent acquisition marketing metrics.
• Research advertising and recruitment marketing trends to improve strategies.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing efforts, digital advertising campaigns, and social media strategies.

Home Office Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or recruitment marketing.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and digital campaign management preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $41,920 - $65,000 per year.
