About The Role We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Lead to join our fast-growing iGaming project. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee and drive both User Acquisition (UA) and Retention (CRM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, iGaming industry dynamics, and experience working with the Tier 1 regions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition and retention strategies to drive customer growth and engagement.
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and other activities.
- Manage and refine CRM and loyalty programs to enhance player retention and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement A/B testing to improve acquisition and retention performance.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective scaling while maximizing ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role within the iGaming industry.
- Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.
- Strong expertise in both User Acquisition and Retention/CRM.
- Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns (Facebook, programmatic, affiliates).
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Customer.io
- Background in growth marketing or performance marketing within an iGaming operator or affiliate business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
Location Our in-house team operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
