CRM Manager

Digital Waffle are working with a leading agency in the eCommerce & Marketing space to find an experienced CRM Manager to lead and develop their Email/CRM team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can drive CRM strategy, manage a team, and deliver high-quality email marketing and retention services for a diverse range of clients.

CRM ManagerLocation: Remote (UK)

Salary: £55,000-65,000 Dependant on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking full ownership of the CRM function, overseeing email and SMS marketing strategies.
• Acting as the go-to expert for CRM across the agency and resolving CRM-related challenges.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of CRM specialists to ensure top-quality service.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving CRM success.
• Supporting business growth by identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
• Developing scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Managing the team’s workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Ensuring the adoption of the latest CRM tools and technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Exploring opportunities to introduce new CRM services, such as loyalty and subscription programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong focus on email marketing.
• Marketing agency background preferred.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in Klaviyo and ideally Shopify.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
