About Us
Twenty Twenty is an emerging Growth and eCommerce specialist digital agency, with services ranging from paid media, in-house creative and branding to organic to PR, web design and on-site ecommerce management. We were founded by two fashion brand owners, Sean Cotter and Sian Gabbidon (yes, from the Apprentice!) so we have the real lived experience of what it takes to own and grow eCommerce brands.
You are joining at a pivotal moment in the agency’s journey - we’ve been running for over a year and already have a long list of well-known clients that we’re partnering with to deliver eCommerce growth such as In The Style, Bodycare, PUMA and PLT. You get to join at a time where there is ample room to explore and innovate, and take real ownership of your work.
About the role
As a paid social manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the paid social activity for some of our biggest eCommerce clients - including the likes of Bodycare. Our client base is grounded predominantly in apparel, beauty and consumer goods but is ever growing and changing as we win more business.

As an outline of what we would expect from you:
- Look after our top clients by strategising, implementing and developing innovative and relevant paid media strategies across Social
- Take on the emerging TikTok Shop projects we are working on to determine new best practices and help us become an industry leader in this space
- Surface market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities to share between internal and external teams
- Manage significant media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of spend
- Take ownership of forecasting and reporting
- Build, maintain and disseminate best practices and audit templates for paid social across the agency
- Onboard tools and tech to save time on repetitive tasks, including any that support with creative tweaks/production
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment of paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Take ownership of creative analysis opportunities to both inform and educate in-house content creation teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Take ownership of expanding our platform mix beyond Meta
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating strategies and results
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally 2-4 years of experience in paid social
- Proficient with bid strategies, creative best practices and diverse campaign types (including upper funnel)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- An understanding of product feeds & commerce manager best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex strategies in a clear and persuasive manner
- Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering against performance targets
- A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and share knowledge
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- TikTok and Snapchat campaign creation/management experience
- Experience with Smartly or similar
- App marketing experience
- Tag implementation & tracking know-how
- Agency side experience desirable (or in house with a multi-brand focus)
- Experience with fashion and beauty brands
- Cross-channel awareness
