Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Funds, and we are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses. Location: Remote (U.S.) Job Overview: As a Performance Marketer at ThriveCart, you'll take charge of crafting and executing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance, and uncover insights that propel ThriveCart to the forefront of the digital e-commerce space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment and is passionate about achieving measurable results. What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Optimize campaigns for key metrics, including ROI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and third party agencies to develop compelling assets aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar).
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and performance insights.
  • Expand and refine ThriveCart's presence across existing paid and emerging channels.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Explore and recommend new platforms or strategies to drive growth.
  • Work closely with the product marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to understand user behavior and feedback.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proven success managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
