This is a remote/working from home position. Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Media Buyer to join our fast-paced, innovative team. This role involves managing substantial advertising budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive growth within the Marisa Peer ecosystem. With over 1 million qualified personal development leads, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the personal development and education space. As part of a high-performance team working directly with founders and senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to strategize, execute, and optimize large-scale campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record of driving exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns ($100k–$200k/month) across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Lead Utilization: Leverage the extensive Marisa Peer ecosystem of 1 million personal development leads to maximize ROI and drive conversion rates.
  • Performance Analytics: Use data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize campaign performance across all key KPIs.
  • Budget Oversight: Ensure efficient use of advertising budgets to achieve maximum returns without exceeding thresholds.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to devise innovative strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment of ad creatives and messaging with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–5 years of experience in a digital agency or similar role, preferably in digital products or the education space.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive problem-solver who thrives on autonomy and delivering measurable results.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Background: Experience working with international markets or in fast-paced entrepreneurial settings.
  • Location Flexibility: Ideally based in Dubai or Eastern Europe, with the flexibility to adapt to global time zones.
