As a company, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community, and we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow and engage with our audience.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to oversee the organic social media presence of our three portfolio brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, an eye for design, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our diverse customer base—particularly Gen Z moms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies, managing day-to-day posting, creating engaging content, and overseeing community interactions. You should have experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator), short-form video production, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially those that appeal to Gen Z audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for each brand that align with overarching marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Create and manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
  • Plan and organize content around seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other key moments.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly those relevant to Gen Z moms, and incorporate them into the content strategy.
  • Creative Production
  • Create eye-catching social media posts, graphics, and video content (especially short-form video) that highlight each brand’s identity and drive engagement.
  • Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other design software to produce high-quality visuals for social media platforms.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content, including product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, and user-generated content, optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Community Engagement & Management
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates, particularly those within the Gen Z mom demographic.
  • Identify opportunities for community-driven content and user-generated content to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Engage with trending hashtags, challenges, and conversations to boost brand visibility among Gen Z moms.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, including key metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
  • Use data insights to optimize content strategies and identify emerging trends that resonate with the target audience.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency
  • Maintain and elevate each brand’s unique voice and aesthetic across all social channels.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s values, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all marketing channels.
  • Trend Monitoring & Gen Z Insights
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, pop culture references, and viral moments, particularly those that resonate with Gen Z moms.
  • Integrate relatable, authentic, and shareable content that speaks directly to Gen Z parenting experiences and lifestyle.
  • Create content that speaks to Gen Z values such as sustainability, authenticity, inclusivity, and work-life balance.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands targeting a Gen Z audience, ideally within the baby products, parenting, or lifestyle space.
  • Proven ability to create content that resonates with Gen Z moms and drives engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Deep proficiency with social media platforms and a solid understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to generate insights that inform and drive social media strategy, as well as business results.
  • Graphic design skills and experience using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
  • Ability to shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content and interact with a diverse community.
  • A keen eye for design with a deep understanding of aesthetics, trends, and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passionate about building relationships with customers and fostering brand loyalty.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in social media.
