Salary: Up to $42,000 USD

This role is perfect for an ambitious and proactive individual with experience in organic social media and influencer marketing who’s ready to step into a more strategic and client-facing position.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute organic social media and influencer marketing strategies to enhance client engagement.
- Manage influencer collaborations from identification and onboarding to campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand values and campaign goals.
- Stay on top of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Work with the internal team to conceptualize creative ideas, helping drive engagement and social authority.
Client & Account Management
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and effective communication.
- Lead and present campaign pitches, updates, and post-campaign reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services in social and influencer marketing.
- Oversee the creation of proposals, contracts, campaign briefs, and reports.
- Monitor and optimize campaign progress, proactively suggesting improvements to maximize results.
Data & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track and evaluate campaign performance.
- Provide transparent and insightful reports, making data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
Collaboration & Internal Growth
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Help refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong client management experience, with the ability to build relationships and handle communications independently.
- Fluency in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Experience using content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or in-platform editing tools).
- Confident in creating, curating, and scheduling social content across multiple platforms.
- Experience with community management, fostering engagement and audience growth.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to host client calls and meetings confidently.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
