About the Company:
Our client is one of the leading entertainment companies that is taking over the live-event industry. As they continue to expand their nationwide footprint, they're looking for a new Director of Sales Operations that will work directly with the sales team on proposal creation, pipeline management, and data organization.
***SPORTS / MUSIC / LIVE EVENT SPONSORSHIP EXPERIENCE = HUGE PLUS***Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Partner with sales team members to create compelling, customized proposals for new business and renewals. Ensure brand alignment, clear deliverables, and cohesive storytelling.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline; oversee CRM tracking, lead forecasting, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Data & Reporting: Organize and analyze sales data to surface insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements to sales processes and performance.
- Key Accounts Support: Take a lead role in managing and growing select high-priority brand and partner relationships. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align strategies and streamline operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and communication within the sales organization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or account management, preferably within live events, experiential marketing, or related industries.
- Proven success in developing sales proposals, managing pipelines, and delivering strategic insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently manage key clients and partners.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
