Nate's is looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to develop and implement social media strategies and lead an engagement strategy to strengthen consumer loyalty. Position Summary Is your TikTok screen time concerning? Does Instagram feel like home? Does your FYP know you better than anyone? If scrolling and engaging online is already your second job, it's time to make it your first. Lead Nate's socials, keep our fans coming back for more and have new followers asking themselves why they didn't find Nate's honey earlier. Be the voice of Nate's on social. As our Social Media Specialist, you will own our online stage, pumping out engaging, scroll-stopping content for our loyal audience. Part trendsetter, part storyteller and full-time strategic thinker, you'll make Nate's social media accounts thrive. From collaborating with likeminded brands and influencers to anticipating and acting on viral trends, you'll find creative ways to share content, grow engagement and encourage honey trial and usage. And last but not least, you'll uphold the brand's reputation and value with every like, comment and interaction. Primary Responsibilities

  • Evolve our industry-leading social media strategy and lead its execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with team members, influencers and brand partners to fully leverage the reach of Nate's and third-party content
  • Manage and execute day-to-day social media tactics, including publishing posts, monitoring performance and integrating with martech
  • Ensure the brand's voice remains consistent and authentic across all social channels
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, generating monthly reports and identifying actionable trends
  • Manage and implement a passionate community engagement strategy
  • Engaged with followers and future followers through comments, direct messages and interactive content
  • Proactively surprise and delight fans who are consistently engaged in our social media channels
  • Collaborate with customer care to ensure all consumer questions and inquiries are addressed quickly and in alignment with our Standard of Procedures
  • Available to address real-time consumer concerns and team needs
  • Increase social media presence and reach
  • Execute an ads strategy to grow engaged followers and boost impressions and engagements on organic posts
  • Foster brand awareness with new consumers by engaging in food, wellness and other relevant content
  • Plan seasonal product giveaways to build excitement about product trial and new usage opportunities
  • Lead social content creation and curation
  • Develop and execute a social content strategy that is authentic to Nate's and supports our brand's growth goals
  • Create original content, including photos and videos, that spotlight our brand, products, team and fans
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brief external creators, designers and agencies on any outsourced content needs
  • Lead the creative vision for our social accounts, consistently developing innovative and unique content ideas that distinguish us from other brands
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in a social media role required; experience in food, CPG or retail preferred
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Sendible, etc.) required
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration
  • Interest in connecting audiences and building relationships online
  • Detail oriented and technically savvy
