Motion Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Motion Designer to join our Motion Design team and bring clarity and engagement to our digital products. You’ll focus on animating product interfaces, creating explanatory product tours, and interactive visual stories that guide our users intuitively through our platform. What You Will Be Doing

• Animate intuitive and visually engaging UI elements, create product explanatory animations for our website and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate animations seamlessly into digital experiences.
• Support and expand our animation libraries and motion guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Continually research and adopt best practices in UI/UX motion design, focusing on usability, clarity, and accessibility.

About You

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to apply them effectively in animation.
• Strong skills in After Effects, Figma, and Lottie.
• Proven experience creating product-focused animations (micro-interactions, product tours, explainers) with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively convey design choices and collaborate with team members.
