Social Media Manager - Beauty/Fashion - Remote

Who are they looking for?

You will be responsible for overseeing the social media presence and strategy for their talent roster. Leveraging your expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, you will drive the growth and success of their talent across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for their talent roster, aligning with their brand identity, audience demographics, and content objectives.
• Collaborate with talent to create content calendars, including post schedules, themes, and captions, to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform social media strategy and optimization efforts.
• Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, visually compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Work closely with talent to ideate and produce engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, reels, tutorials, and more, that resonate with their audience and align with their brand aesthetic.
• Optimize content for platform-specific best practices, including hashtags, tags, captions, and posting times, to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and customer service issues.
• Foster a strong sense of community and engagement around our talent, encouraging user-generated content, collaborations, and conversations with followers and fans.
• Collaborate with talent to develop and implement initiatives to grow their follower base, increase engagement, and enhance audience loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passion for staying abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple talent accounts and priorities simultaneously.
