Social Media Assistant/Account Manager

Strut Studio helps founders, industry experts, and premium brands turn social media into a high-performing business asset that drives real growth, sales, and impact. We are looking for an instagram and tiktok expert social media to join us on a freelance basis to support the team and work with a range of clients across various industries.

You’ll be:

Creating scroll-stopping reels & TikToks

Writing natural, high-converting captions

Using CapCut & platform features like a pro

Adapting to different brand voices

Keeping up with trends & algorithms

Must have:

Experience managing TikTok, Instagram & Meta

Strong writing & content creation skills

Familiarity with social media algorithms

Remote setup & ability to travel for content days

Asana & Google Docs proficiency

5-10 hours/week to start (freelance)

Training provided

Room to grow!

South East/London/Home Counties preferred for content days
