My client is a UK-based digital service that connects with and provides unpaid carers with resources, coaching, and community support, assisting both individuals and organisations.

The Job

As the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the marketing strategy and execution for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Grow the number of unpaid carers using the service
• Establish the organisation as the market leader for digital carer support among local authorities and commissioners
• Driving, user acquisition, and retention by improving and executing a successful strategy
• Be hands on and lead across, PPC, SEO, and Meta channels marketing
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage customers, with a strong focus on CRM and retention initiatives across digital platforms
• Be able to produce executable insights, classifying proven growth opportunities, and expressing these to senior leaders and key decision makers to help improve the customer experience and engagement and grow the business
• Website and app maintenance updates
• Manage a team of 3 and multiple agency relationships

You

• 5 years previous experience within B2C and B2B model operating in the UK or Europe
• Proven experience in growing brands from early stages to market success
• A strategic visionary who excels at combining big-picture planning with practical execution
• Extensive proficiency in digital marketing, including PPC, affiliates, SEO, CRM, and social media, with a strong focus on maximising ROI
• Knowledgeable in current marketing tools and best practices
• Experience working on B2C and B2B digital products and expanding on strategic partnerships
