About the Role

As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead operations and execution of our integrated marketing campaigns and support our database health. You will design, develop and implement scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing and database management. You will oversee the SBT marketing technology stack, manage the marketing operations infrastructure, create processes for scalability and analyze marketing data for insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our marketing technology stack including Hubspot and SFDC
  • Architect, build and optimize workflow automations to ensure business continuity with CRMs
  • Optimize and audit existing workflows to ensure syncs between SFDC and Hubspot are active
  • Establish and optimize marketing processes to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency with flawless execution
  • Plan, configure and execute marketing campaigns in a timely manner; own and manage the email calendar
  • Develop and optimize audience segmentation for reaching prospects and customers
  • Develop and optimize automated always-on nurture and lead scoring programs
  • Collaborate with demand generation, digital marketing and MDRs to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of leads received
  • Coordinate with sales ops and business systems to ensure successful system and process integration with other departments and SFDC
  • Establish and provide ongoing analytics and insights on database health and campaign performance
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve and optimize marketing effectiveness as the technical expert
  • Serve as a custodian of the SBT customer experience, including compliance with data and privacy regulations
  • Ensure visibility with Executive Leadership Team and Go-To-Market Teams by reporting on campaign successes, learnings and progress to pipe creation goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hubspot certified
  • Experience with ABM, inbound marketing, event technology and web analytics
  • Expertise with email privacy laws, setting up marketing automation rules and processes to abide by those laws
  • Experience designing and implementing nurture campaigns
  • First-rate project management, teamwork, interpersonal and relationship management skills
