Starting out of their Seattle kitchen, the four women created Skinny Dipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. Position Description

We’re looking for a highly creative and pop culture obsessed content producer to develop trending and entertaining content across our social accounts. This role requires a blend of strategy, creativity, and technical skill to produce engaging, high-quality short-form content that amplifies the SkinnyDipped brand in innovative and culturally connected formats. Our ideal candidate is tapped into trends before they happen and has their finger on the pulse of all things pop culture. This role calls for extreme creativity and ability to balance what’s on trend with what’s on brand to drive growth and engagement for one of the fastest growing snack brands in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Own/lead social media management and content creation of the brand’s social media accounts, including TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
  • Produce innovative, high-quality social media content that maximizes visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms.
  • Truly personify our brand tone. Every post, video, and caption you create brings SkinnyDipped to life, making the brand feel relatable, authentic, and unforgettable.
  • Lead the daily creation, editing, and posting of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with platform-specific best practices. Execute hands-on filming, photography, and editing to produce engaging content that’s relevant and culturally connected.
  • Initiate social-driven campaigns and support larger marketing campaigns across the platform
  • Manage, monitor, and interact with users and partner with content creators, as needed. Use tracking tools to analyze and optimize content performance and report on metrics
  • Be on top of Real-Time Marketing (RTM) initiatives and know how to deliver quick comebacks for audience engagement
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market research, be on top of the latest social media shifts and trends, and make recommendations to leverage them for the benefit of the brand
  • Film + edit all in-house static and video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Instagram Stories, ensuring proper formatting and delivery of final files. Identify new platforms for SkinnyDipped to activate on
  • Stay current TikTok and IG reels trends to be able to input on creative execution in-line with monthly content calendar, while ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand voice.
  • Create + execute original social concepts for launch campaigns and brand activations to drive engagement, education + awareness

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, relatable, and high-performing content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok (portfolio or social media handle required).
  • 2+ years of experience in creating digital content, social media management, or a related field
  • Deep familiarity with major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, including knowledge of content formats, algorithm updates, and growth strategies.
  • Advanced filming, editing, and production skills using tools such as cameras and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, CapCut, or related tools preferred
  • A resourceful, inventive mindset with the ability to generate ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and use insights to refine content strategies
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines efficiently
  • Must be comfortable on-screen
