Position Description

SkinnyDipped is seeking a savvy, strategic Influencer & Community Manager to lead our influencer partnerships, gifting strategy, and paid integrations. This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and community—perfect for someone who knows how to spark conversation, build brand love, and turn creators into super-fans. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer seeding, identifying rising talent, negotiating paid campaigns, and cultivating an always-on community of tastemakers that keep SkinnyDipped top of mind (and top of feed). Our ideal candidate is tapped into trends before they happen and has their finger on the pulse of all things pop culture and influencer with the ability to capitalize on the right trends to authentically integrate the SkinnyDipped brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that amplify the SkinnyDipped brand and product launches aligning with overall business objectives
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers (from micro to macro) for seeding, paid and campaign integrations to support launches and evergreen initiatives
  • Develop a diverse group of ambassadors to expand audiences and elevate perception.
  • Create and manage disruptive campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and virality while keeping SkinnyDipped snacks at the forefront
  • Manage budgets and performance tracking for influencer partnerships
  • Leverage tools like Tribe Dynamics to analyze performance and develop insights on EMV, engagement rates, and impressions
  • Collaborate with our PR and Social Media teams to integrate influencer content across all marketing channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, talent managers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and deliverables
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends, social platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Leverage your network of influencers, talent agencies, and industry experts to create authentic, high-impact partnerships
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of trending topics on social media

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing at highly visible, high growth brand
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven success in running influencer marketing campaigns at high-growth brands
  • Deep knowledge of the social & the creator industry—trends, consumer behavior, viral moments—you live, breathe and sleep influencers
  • Experience managing influencer budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • Exceptional communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools like Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson and more
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, content creation best practices, and emerging digital trends
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Obsessed with influencer content and authentic brand integrations, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends and industry news
  • Experience with TikTok shop a plus
