Paid Media Marketing Assistant

Seasoned Digital is a newly rebranded Paid Ads Marketing Agency with a small remote team specialising in Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads. We work with a mix of E-Commerce and Service-Based clients across Australia and the U.S.

If you have basic experience in paid advertising, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join us during a period of growth and transformation. We are looking for someone keen to develop skills and excited about growing alongside us.

We're hiring with the goal of helping yougrow and advance quickly within the company. This position will begin as part-time, with the goal for you to transition to full-time by the end of April, along with a possible promotion! Please note that applicants must live and have full working rights in Australia, with a preference to applicants based in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok ad campaigns, including ad creatives, target audiences, and conversion tracking - under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
• Create still and video ad creatives, along with ad copy, tailored to specific ad platforms.
• Assist in preparing monthly campaign reports and participate in client strategy meetings.
• Support Seasoned Digital’s organic social media presence by creating still and video content, writing captions, and managing community engagement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Beginner-level experience with Meta, Google, Pinterest or TikTok Ad Managers, gained through either an internship or completing in-platform courses. Experience in Meta is essential, training can be provided for the other platforms.
• Basic understanding of key metrics and data interpretation, including conversions, cost per conversion, return on ad spend, and more.
• Ability to create engaging still and video ad creatives, with an eye for what performs well and trends on social media. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram and TikTok editing tools, as well as Adobe Premiere, is ideal.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills - this is essential for thriving in a fully remote team environment.

• While we're a fully remote team, we prioritise quarterly in-person team work weeks, which often include interstate travel, exciting activities like photoshoots, and always feature at least one fun dinner out for team bonding!
• As a part of our small, supportive, all-female team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, gaining valuable exposure by participating in meetings and experiencing opportunities that most assistants don’t typically get.
