Growth Product Manager

My client are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join their expanding team! They're a leading SaaS provider within healthcare that help practices streamline operations and improve patient care.

The role:

As a Growth PM, you will have the opportunity to wear a number of hats, identifying market gaps, new opportunities, and launching new solutions to help drive growth and revenue. This is a great position for a heavily commercial minded PM, with strong entrepreneurial skills and experience with PLG.

Responsibilities:

• Customer and Market Discovery - conducting market research and engaging directly with customers and industry experts.
• Product Strategy and impact - Define growth focussed product roadmap, working closely with sales, marketing and other teams driving Product Led Growth.
• Collaboration with engineering teams to deliver user friendly solutions.
• Identifying needs in Primary care and Pharma, one of the key business goals is to grow in both areas.

Key Skills

• Must have SaaS experience
• Must have Healthtech/Pharma experience (primary care would be heavily beneficial)
• Start up experience, working in very fast paced environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset, taking products from 0-1
• Experience taking an idea/product to market and building traction
• Must have held a growth focussed PM role
• Track record of identifying new market opportunities and launching products.
