Job Opening: Business Development Lead (Corporate & Startup Partnerships - Impact & Health Innovation)

Location: Remote (Europe-based preferred)

Commitment: Part-time or full-time, with flexibility to scale as revenue grows

Compensation: Performance-based remuneration (commission + equity option), transitioning to a salary as revenue grows

Start Date: ASAP

We partner with corporations, startups, and policymakers to transform systemic challenges into actionable business models.

To amplify our impact, we're launching a Business Innovation Base that helps organizations embed prevention-first health strategies into their operations. Our corporate workshops and consulting engagements are the first step in this expansion, and we need a visionary, results-driven Business Development Lead to fuel this growth.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Drive Corporate & Startup Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with corporate clients (CSOs, CHROs, ESG teams) and innovative startups
  • Position Rypple's health-ing transformation workshops as strategic business catalysts
  • Develop tailored proposals that align with organizational sustainability, ESG, and well-being objectives

Build & Scale Strategic Partnerships

  • Cultivate relationships within our partner incubator network to identify promising health-tech startups
  • Create collaborative opportunities between established corporations and emerging startups
  • Leverage networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to generate quality leads
  • Establish a repeatable sales process to convert workshops into consulting retainers (€50K-100K+ contracts)

Bridge Corporate-Startup Innovation

  • Connect entrepreneurs and startups with corporate partners for mutual growth opportunities
  • Facilitate innovation exchanges through our partner incubator program
  • Help startups refine their value proposition for corporate markets and vice versa

Create & Optimize a Revenue-Generating Pipeline

  • Design a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, direct engagement)
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to position Rypple as a thought leader in health innovation
  • Track performance metrics, refine the sales funnel, and drive sustainable revenue growth

What We're Looking For:

Proven Track Record in B2B Sales & Ecosystem Building

  • Experience selling consulting, workshops, or transformation programs to both corporations and startups
  • Strong understanding of corporate ESG, sustainability, well-being initiatives, and startup ecosystem dynamics
  • Ability to identify, pitch, and close deals with decision-makers across different organizational structures

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Connector Mentality

  • Comfortable in a high-growth, early-stage environment
  • Natural talent for connecting complementary organizations and facilitating valuable partnerships
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy from scratch
  • Excited to take ownership of a key revenue stream and scale it into a sustainable business unit

Excellent Relationship Builder & Negotiator

  • Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to selling
  • Ability to navigate both corporate structures and startup environments
  • Passion for health innovation and systemic impact

Compensation Structure

We recognize that we're in the early stages of scaling revenue, and we want to offer a compelling opportunity that balances immediate financial incentives with long-term upside.

Initial Package (Pre-Revenue Stage)

  • Commission-based model (percentage of closed deals, ensuring strong earnings potential)
  • Equity participation option (aligning your success with our long-term growth)

Transition to a Salary-Based Role As workshop and consulting revenue grows, we will transition this role into a competitive base salary + commission package, ensuring stability while maintaining performance incentives.
