Marketing Assistant – Internal Learning & Development (Part-Time, Remote)Pay Rate: $22–$29/hour (W2, depending on experience)

Russell Tobin & Associates is partnering with a global tech pioneer at the forefront of machine learning and innovation. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who will help elevate the internal presence of this high-visibility learning program. What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and distribute engaging internal communications promoting learning programs and events
- Create newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements
- Maintain the program’s intranet presence and manage a content calendar
- Track and report on event engagement, attendance, and campaign metrics
- Collaborate with department leaders to align content with team training needs
- Develop promotional materials like flyers, presentations, and digital assets
- Help coordinate and execute learning events and workshops
- Manage posts on internal social media platforms
- Gather participant feedback and share success stories that drive future engagement
What You BringBasic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of media research, communications, or marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A storytelling mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internal communications or employee engagement
- Familiarity with Asana and QuickSight
- Event coordination or program support experience
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI tools or concepts
- A background in marketing for learning or L&D teams is a plus
