Your Mission:
Lead generation is our North Star — not impressions, not likes, not clicks.
Your job is to turn strategy + content + paid + outreach into demos and deals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, ads, landing pages)
- Own LinkedIn Ads, paid retargeting, and campaign experiments
- Create and manage outreach workflows and funnels tied to lead goals
- Collaborate with our content team to launch posts, campaigns, and messages that convert
- Track, test, and optimize campaigns — double down on what brings in leads
- Use tools like HubSpot, Clay, PhantomBuster, and more to automate and scale
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in growth marketing or B2B lead generation
- Strong skills in LinkedIn, email sequences, ads, and funnels
- You think like a marketer but act like a sales closer
- Pharma/biotech/medtech experience is a big plus
- You’re not afraid to experiment and you’re obsessed with metrics
