A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you keep our company growing and expanding. We look to you to create, manage, and optimize the digital paid media campaigns aimed at growing our email lists and lead generation. A typical day finds you analyzing how current paid media campaigns are performing and making improvements as needed. You also can be found testing ways to attract high-quality leads through lead generation efforts.
You look through data to determine where there is room for improvement. Working with our creative team, data analysts and other team members, you seek to optimize our lead generation funnel.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience running paid social media and paid search campaigns with a focus on direct response marketing
- Experience setting up third party trackers (Google Ad, Facebook Ads, ...) with Google Tag Manager
- Deep understanding of building, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical background with Excel
- Ability to analyze data and create reports
- Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and create data-driven acquisition strategies
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
