We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Pure!

What will you do?

• Support the work of the growth marketing department,
• Plan and oversee the execution of user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, DSPs, Snap Ads, Meta ads
• Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• 1-2 years of experience as a user acquisition manager.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• You already know the basics of the user acquisition process, analytics metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS), and campaign setup.
• Ideally, you have web acquisition experience, not just app install campaigns.
