About the Role:

This isn’t a cushy exec seat. You’re not stepping into a refined machine—you’re helping to build it. We’re looking for a Founding Growth Operator who’s obsessed with performance, ready to get scrappy, and capable of running the core growth functions of the business.

Location:

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Australia or the United States. Our team operates across time zones.

If you're a full-stack operator with sharp marketing instincts, the ability to close deals, and the hunger to scale something from 6 to 7… then 8 figures—this role is built for you.

You’ll:

• Launch and optimize cold email campaigns and/or paid ads to bring in clients
• Take sales calls and close high-ticket agency deals ($10K+)
• Oversee onboarding, campaign setup, funnel builds, and paid ad delivery
• Build operational systems to deliver amazing results to clients
• Eventually hire, train, and lead a team to replace yourself in every core function

You’ll be the operator. The bridge between vision and execution. And you’ll earn like one, too.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Salary: $2,000–$5,000 AUD/month (starting retainer, as we grow)
• Client Acquisition Bonus: 10% of revenue per new client closed
• Profit Share: 5–10% of net profit once KPIs are hit

KPI Milestone Bonuses:

• Hit $50K/month = $5K bonus
• Hit $100K/month = $10K bonus
• Hit $250K/month = Equity offer + Director appointment

Equity Path: Earn real equity in Predictable Marketing and become CEO

Who This Role Is For:

This role is for the full-stack executor who’s been behind the curtain of fast-growing online businesses. Maybe you’ve built a small agency, run a high-performing offer, or closed clients for someone else—but now you want ownership, upside, and a real shot at being a founder-level operator.

You’re likely:

• A performance marketer who’s driven 6–7 figures in client or personal revenue
• Comfortable writing ad copy, building funnels, and launching campaigns
• Able to close high-ticket clients on Zoom or phone
• Systematic, obsessed with execution, and allergic to fluff
• Hungry, self-motivated, and excited by upside—not just salary

Minimum Experience Required:

• 2+ years in a digital marketing or growth-focused role
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Familiar with funnels, lead generation, and online sales systems
• Confident handling sales calls and managing client relationships

Bonus: experience in the service-based or high-ticket B2B space
