Brand: https://www.instagram.com/pixoryofficialPosition: Social Media & Affiliate ManagerLocation: UK or Dubai (Remote with local availability preferred)Reports To: Co-Founder & Organic Marketing DirectorWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Affiliate Manager to help us grow our affiliate program, manage our social media account, and strategize to expand and motivate our creator community. Check out an example of a Pixory-branded TikTok account: Pixory Memories. You’ll help affiliates replicate this success while managing Pixory’s official Instagram account: Pixory Official.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media Management
- Oversee and grow Pixory’s Instagram account by developing creative content ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
- Repost high-performing TikToks on Instagram (five per weekday).
- Engage with customer mentions by responding to tags, requesting permission to use UGC, and uploading approved content to the reviews drive.
- Collaborate with our Co-Founder & Marketing Director to incorporate viral trends into Pixory’s content strategy.
Affiliate Program Management
- Scale the affiliate program from 30 to 100+ creators.
- Use Refersion (affiliate attribution software) to calculate and track commissions accurately.
- Strategize with our Co-Founder & Marketing Director to recruit new creators and maintain their motivation.
- Maintain the creator tracker sheet with all relevant details (e.g., names, social handles, affiliate codes).
- Create incentives and rewards for top-performing creators to foster community and drive performance.
- Onboard creators by managing contracts, sending onboarding emails, and providing necessary documents.
Creator Community Management
- Build and manage the Discord community for affiliates, keeping creators engaged and informed.
- Celebrate creator milestones (e.g., commission achievements, viral videos) and foster a supportive environment.
- Work with our Co-Founder & Marketing Director to ensure creators have access to insights on trends and guidance for improving their content.
Strategic Influencer Partnerships
- Respond to influencer inquiries via email and DMs.
- Recruit influencers in travel, relationships, family, and aesthetic niches that align with Pixory’s brand.
- Manage contracts and onboarding for influencers, ensuring a seamless collaboration experience.
- Leverage influencer partnerships to expand Pixory’s reach and create impactful content for ads and product pages.
Collaboration with Leadership
- Regular check-ins with the Co-Founder & Organic Marketing Director to discuss:
- Affiliate program growth and performance.
- Social media content strategy and execution.
- Progress on scaling the creator community and achieving key metrics.
What You Bring to the Role
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok) and driving organic growth.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with affiliate programs, including commission tracking and creator onboarding.
- Confidence in building and managing creator communities to foster motivation and engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Refersion, Airtable, and Discord is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and scaling operations.
