About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid social growth engine. You will manage our high-budget Meta account, lead the creative strategy for paid ads, and work closely with our team to ensure that website CRO and advertising campaigns are fully aligned. Continuous testing is vital to our growth, so expect to be running a number of tests on a weekly basis.

This is a critical, high-impact role where you will work directly with the founders. You must have strong media buying skills, a sharp creative eye, and the ability to think about the full customer journey from ad to conversion. We are looking for someone committed to growing Pixie Wing — not balancing multiple brands at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale our Meta ad account with a focus on ROAS and sustainable growth
• Lead creative strategy for paid social campaigns, setting a quarterly creative roadmap
• Plan and brief ad creative, managing the content pipeline with our Creative Administrator
• Analyse ad performance and identify actionable insights across creative, audience, and funnel strategies
• Use ad performance insights to drive CRO improvements, collaborating with the website and design teams to optimise landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels
• Maintain a strong testing mindset, constantly experiment with creative, audiences, offers, and funnels to unlock growth opportunities
• Identify trends, spot opportunities, and proactively suggest new growth initiatives

What You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of Meta media buying experience, managing at least $3M AUD in total ad spend
• Minimum 3 years of creative strategy experience, ideally with fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of CRO principles and how website experience impacts paid traffic
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, clear, and solutions-focused approach
• Highly organised, responsive, and committed to one core brand, not juggling multiple clients
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear action steps
• A test-and-learn mindset with a bias toward action and growth

Time Commitment

• Full-time role, approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Remote and flexible, but must be available for regular communication and rapid response during standard business hours

Compensation

• Full-time salary range: $100,000–$130,000 AUD, depending on experience
• Plus performance-based bonus structure tied to growth KPIs
• Remote and flexible work environment
