• Moderate and review Spanish-language content submitted by users on social media platforms
• Ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and manage any inappropriate content effectively
• Respond to user inquiries related to moderation actions, providing clarity and support
• Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance processes and share valuable insights
• Stay informed about cultural trends and community issues relevant to the Spanish-speaking audience
• Document and report moderation activities while suggesting improvements for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit
• Experience in social media moderation or content management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their community guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
