Active since 2022 we are scaling our structure from a start-up into a more mature business. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary analytics expert to lead our gamification and CRM analytics efforts to enhance player retention, engagement, and revenue. This role is integral to shaping innovative strategies that elevate how players interact with our platform and drive measurable business growth. You will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, ensuring our players enjoy a dynamic, engaging experience while optimizing the business impact of every initiative.   • Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of gamification features like rewards, challenges, and progression systems to captivate players and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Drive monetization initiatives that balance player satisfaction with increased revenue and retention.
  • Establish a robust framework for A/B testing to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies on player engagement.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs that track the success of gamification and monetization projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the CRM analytics team, delivering actionable insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create targeted, data-driven campaigns that build deeper customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
  • Ensure all campaigns are measured for their effectiveness and optimized for maximum impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in gamification analysis within the online casino industry.
  • Strong experience in CRM and gamification analytics, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and innovative gamification initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Python, R) and their application in real-world business challenges.
  • Deep understanding of online casino business models, player behaviour, and key industry metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
