About the Role:As a Content & Social Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving P3 Tribal’s content creation and social media engagement. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies, create compelling digital assets, and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media copy, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze social media and content performance, using insights to optimize strategy and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to craft campaigns that highlight P3 Tribal’s innovative services like Tribal Engage and Tribal Target.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into content to keep our brand voice relevant and forward-thinking.
• Assist with influencer marketing and partner marketing initiatives to extend the reach of P3 Tribal.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative and self-motivated attitude with a passion for digital marketing.
