We partner with ambitious eCommerce brands across Australia, the USA, and the UK to deliver creative that actually converts.

We’re on the hunt for a Creator / Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our fully remote team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, shortlisting, and managing creator and influencer talent for our UGC production and creator marketing campaigns across our core markets: Australia, the US, and the UK.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Source high-quality creator and influencer talent for a wide range of UGC and creator-led campaigns
• Coordinate the shortlisting, outreach and onboarding for selected talent in alignment with client goals
• Manage ongoing communication with creators, ensuring deliverables are submitted on time and to brief
• Maintain and grow our creator network, identifying new talent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Work closely with our Creative Strategists and Project Managers to match the right talent to the right brand
• Keep our creator database organised and up-to-date

✅ You’re Perfect for This Role If You:

• Have proven experience in creator/influencer marketing
• Know how to identify great creators who align with brand values and can deliver strong content
• Are confident managing multiple creator relationships and projects at once
• Are highly organised, detail-oriented and great at communication
• Are plugged into creator culture across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
