We are a fully work from home Australian-based digital marketing agency and Google Partner with team members working across Australia. 

We work 9 day fortnights with each team member getting everysecond Friday off! There’s no extra hours required on other days and it doesn’t impact on your annual leave or pay. It’s a bonus day off every fortnight for you to enjoy how you wish!!

About the role:

As a Senior Paid Ads Specialist you will be responsible for managing a small number of happy, exciting, growth driven clients. You’ll manage Google Ads, Bing, Meta & LinkedIn, whilst collaborating with internal team members in SEO and CRO to maximise results.

Each day will involve identifying opportunities for growth and optimising campaign performance  for your clients. You will be responsible for account strategy and execution, ensuring continuous alignment towards business & ROAS goals.

You will deal directly with your clients on a regular basis via Google Meet to strategise and communicate wins and opportunities.

You will be working alongside a like minded team who you can bounce ideas off and problem solve together to achieve the best outcome for your clients.

About You:

You are…..

  • Passionate about all things digital but especially Paid Ads.
  • Someone who loves learning new things, exploring the very latest features, and using advanced optimisation methods in your accounts.
  • Excited when you’re achieving great results for your clients, but always wanting to find that next % of growth for continual improvement.
  • Knowledgeable in conversion rate optimisation and comfortable diagnosing and suggesting improvements across key landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Wanting to grow your own knowledge and skills, and enjoy innovating and knowledge sharing within a small, passionate and tight knit team. 

We’re after an enthusiastic and motivated person who can:

  • Utilise advanced abilities to create, manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Bing and a deep understanding of all of these platforms. 
  • Confidently navigate and utilise GA4 on a daily basis to measure results and identify opportunities.
  • Write unique and relevant ad copy that will make your competitors jealous.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to form the foundation of successful campaigns.
  • Communicate results and pure enthusiasm to clients.
  • Interpret and report on results to find the next optimisations that will drive elite results!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience running paid ads campaigns, preferably in an agency.
  • Proven expertise running both search, shopping and display campaigns at an advanced level across multiple ad platforms
  • Strong knowledge and experience in shopping feed optimisation & management, including Google Merchant Center
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and enhanced conversions.
  • High levels of motivation and enthusiasm for client and self growth
