ā¬ļø Responsibilities:
- work with Tier1 markets;
- managing and developing existing partners;
- monthly check-ups (commissions) and control incoming traffic, suppress fraud (with the help of company tools and an analytic team) for the whole team;
- traffic reporting;
- fulfilment of planned KPIs indicators by using company tools for the whole team;
- participation in international exhibitions, presentation of our products on the exhibitions;
- drawing up a monthly plan for the entire team;
- ensure growth is achieved in terms of affiliate base for all main brands and product;
- ensure the best Affiliate deals and positions are being offered and negotiated;
- communicate and collaborate with affiliates with updates of our latest campaigns;
- identify top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key affiliates;
- collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve overall marketing campaigns and offer the most competitive welcome offers;
- dealing with growing and analytics for new regions.
š§ Requirements:
- you are a hands-on affiliate marketing professional with a proven track record and solid working knowledge of affiliate marketing;
- you are tenacious, take initiative, you are a person with energy, enthusiasm and drive;
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Sales related role;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- good communicator and ability to work towards monthly and quarterly targets;
- ability to build long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
š„ Soft skills:
- fluency in the English language (B2+);
- the Russian language (B1+)
- stress resistance, conflict resolution;
- multitasking, organization skills;
- ability to establish long-term relationships with partners;
š„ Hard skills:
- experience with Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, spend + %, Flat fee, listing commission models;
- ability to work with analytics tools to measure traffic and conversions from campaigns;
- ability to work with google sheets;
Will be a plus:
- own hot base of partners with who you can start cooperation (Tier1);
ā¬ļø Work conditions:
- work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta, Serbia;
- remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesnāt matter where you re working from, only the result is important;
