Key Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive data-driven SEO, Social Media, and Content strategies to increase organic traffic and elevate brand awareness, leveraging data insights and performance metrics for continuous optimization.
- Design, implement, and manage diverse integrated digital campaigns across Search Ads, Display Ads, Paid & Organic Social Media, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging across all verticals.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing efforts to drive digital channel growth, engagement, and conversions while maintaining a balance between short-term objectives and long-term brand-building goals.
- Create content in collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for referral partners and end users, fostering collaboration and engagement with tailored content.
- Identify and experiment with emerging advertising opportunities, such as Podcasts, Content Outreach, YouTube ads, and Affiliate Marketing, to expand digital reach.
- Optimize website performance by improving user experience (UX) and conversion rates, enhancing engagement and driving measurable results.
- Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on global digital marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behaviours to ensure the adoption of innovative practices and rapid adaptation to changing landscapes.
- Utilize advanced tools and systems to create custom data segments, run detailed queries, and generate insightful reports for accurate audience targeting and performance analysis.
- Oversee the digital performance marketing budget, ensuring funds are strategically allocated to meet campaign and business objectives.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets dynamically to capitalize on emerging opportunities and optimize results.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with demonstrated experience in building and executing digital performance marketing strategies
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have led to measurable results, particularly in reducing customer acquisition costs and increasing lead conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to operate both from a strategic and execution perspective
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and making strategic decisions on marketing spend.
