Responsibilities
MSTPACK is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Director to oversee and optimize the entire marketing process, from lead generation to customer retention. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty across all stages of the sales funnel. You will lead a marketing team, work with cross-functional departments, and leverage data-driven insights to improve campaigns and maximize ROI.
Main responsibilities
1. Have experience in brand or packaging marketing (experience in integrated marketing is preferred);
2. Have a certain enthusiasm for the packaging industry and understand the development of the packaging consumption industry; be good at using online and offline resources to cooperate with high-traffic platforms or cross-border cooperation to achieve leverage marketing;
3. Have a strong awareness of event marketing; have new media copywriting and advertising design creation capabilities, and have good aesthetic taste;
4. Have strong market planning, organization and coordination capabilities, advertising and public relations capabilities, interpersonal communication capabilities, planning and organizational capabilities, have strong appeal and cohesion, and work rigorously
5. Based on the brand development plan, formulate marketing plans and theme plans;
6. According to the company's overall annual Sales targets, combined with market demand and changes, conduct multi-dimensional traffic diversion on online and offline platforms to promote sales conversion rate;
7. Utilize various channel resources to actively expand new marketing channels, promotion models and business cooperation, integrate online and offline resources, formulate personalized promotion plans and media placement, online and offline activity creative planning plans, and increase exposure and sales growth rate;
8. Formulate private domain traffic operation plans to enhance fan stickiness, activity and loyalty;
9. Responsible for the execution and follow-up of online and offline activities, coordinate and communicate with activity-related departments, and formulate corresponding promotion and execution activity plans;
10. According to department planning and the budget of market activities, reasonably, effectively and limitedly formulate budgets to execute advertising and market activities;
