Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in SERM;
• Knowledge of SEO (understanding ranking principles, indexing, factors influencing content position, ability to assess and select high-quality backlink sources for content publication);
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is required, as communication within the team primarily takes place in these languages.
• Understanding of how search engines work (Google, Yandex);
• Proficiency in reputation management methods and suppressing/removing negative content in search results;
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Similarweb, Google Sheets, Jira, etc;
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS;
• Ability to organize workflow, delegate tasks, motivate the team, and control deadlines and quality;
• Skills in hiring, onboarding, and training employees;
• Ability to work under a reputation crisis;
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing search engine results for brand and reputation-sensitive queries;
• Developing and implementing strategies for reputation management in search engines (creating tactics for suppressing negative content, promoting positive content, etc.);
• Forming and updating a list of brand and reputation-related keywords;
• Monitoring brand mentions (reviews, publications, articles);
• Responding promptly to negative mentions and determining the next steps to resolve them;
• Promoting official brand social media profiles in search results for brand and reputation queries;
• Developing strategies for handling negative reviews;
• Assessing the effectiveness of SERM campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly;
• Forming, managing, and training a team;
• Introducing new tools and solutions for improved department performance;
• Collaborating with other departments (SMM, PR, Linkbuilding, Content, Legal);
• Writing technical specifications for content and link-building departments;
• Reporting to track results and performance efficiency.
