Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing multi-platform social media campaigns for high-profile clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit.
- Manage all aspects of campaign setup, strategy development, organization, and ongoing management.
- Execute bid and budget management, creative testing, audience targeting, and optimizations to maximize campaign performance.
- Client Collaboration:
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication, including planning, execution, and updates.
- Participate in weekly client calls for campaign reviews and strategy alignment.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations by collaborating with the strategist and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration and Training:
- Oversee and support Account Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely task delivery.
- Train team members on industry developments, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment that delivers results.
- Performance Analysis:
- Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Track and report on campaign data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance client success and campaign efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in building and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit.
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day account maintenance, optimizations, and reporting.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets (e.g., $1 million monthly spend across clients).
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate strategies and results effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, high energy, and positive attitude.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with experience in tools like Asana.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-communication environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in performance marketing or brand media agencies.
- Familiarity with fast-paced, high-comms team dynamics.
