Mira Search is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute a dynamic content strategy across our digital platforms. • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to align social media initiatives with business objectives
• Content Creation & Curation: Write and edit engaging content in English, including posts, reels, captions, presentations, and text introductions for stories
• Performance Analysis: Provide detailed weekly reports on social media performance and propose data-driven improvements
• Content Innovation: Actively contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Russian with advanced English skills (C1 or higher), including the ability to edit and refine English-language content
• Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram accounts for professional organizations
• Content Development Skills: Strong background in copywriting, especially for English-speaking audiences
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, video editing software
• Creative Vision: A proactive and innovative mindset for developing impactful social media campaigns
