What You Will Work On
- Social Strategy & Execution – Develop and manage the brand’s organic and paid social media strategy, focusing on Instagram and Facebook, while testing platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
- Content Creation & Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice, ensuring platform consistency.
- Community Growth & Engagement – Build an interactive and loyal audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions while driving engagement.
- Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations – Develop social stacking strategies, securing UGC creators, influencers, and brand collaborations to amplify reach.
- Performance & Growth Tracking – Monitor key social media metrics (followers, engagement, reach) and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Paid & Organic Social Growth – Implement organic and paid tactics to scale audience reach, ensuring a balanced and effective growth approach.
- Cross-Platform Distribution – Maximize visibility and engagement through cross-posting, repurposing content, and leveraging partnerships.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation – Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats, integrating them into campaigns.
- Project & Community Management – Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely and cohesive social media activity.
- Campaign Optimization – Regularly test and refine content, partnerships, and engagement tactics based on data insights and performance analytics.
What We’re Looking For
- Social Media Expertise – 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Content & Brand Storytelling – Strong ability to create visually appealing, engaging content tailored to a luxury skincare audience.
- Growth & Engagement Focus – Proven success in scaling social media accounts, growing followers, and improving engagement.
- Collaboration & Partnerships – Experience working with influencers, creators, and UGC partnerships to expand brand presence.
- Analytical & Data-Driven – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize social content performance using analytics tools.
- Self-Starter & Problem-Solver – Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- US-Based with UK Crossover – Ability to work US hours with at least 3-4 hours of daily overlap with UK teams (EST timezone preferred).
