PR & Operations Coordinator (Fully Remote, Contract Role)

Kloss Creatives PR is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented PR & Operations Coordinator to help keep our agency running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping schedules and communications seamless, and have a polished, professional approach with clients and media, this role is for you.

This is a fully remote, contract position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting both the CEO and PR managers with administrative and PR-related tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule & Manage Meetings – Send polished calendar invites, coordinate schedules with clients and journalists, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle Administrative Tasks – Support agency operations by managing internal documents, organizing workflows, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
• Support PR Managers – Assist with research for client deliverables and provide operational support to the team.
• Monitor & Respond Quickly – Act as a reliable point of contact for scheduling and coordination, ensuring swift and professional communication with clients and media.

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in PR, communications, or executive support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
• A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
