User Researcher

iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for a User Researcher

They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the pubic sector

This position is working with one of their public sector clients on a new project that is currently in the discovery phase. As the User Researcher you will collaborate with a wide range of other disciplines, working closely with designers, you'll develop and execute research plans to support product development on a daily basis

We are looking for a Designer with experience in:

• GDS Experience is a must
• Proven experience as a User Researcher or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to analyse and synthesise research findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Experience using research tools such as Optimal Workshop or similar
