About The Job

The role offers a chance to shape the company's brand presence, content strategy, and engagement across multiple platforms while collaborating with a dynamic marketing team. You’ll manage corporate content, social-first initiatives, and foster online engagement—all while ensuring alignment with our corporate vision.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media and Communications Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience interests.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns, including paid ads, contests, and promotions to boost brand visibility.

Content Creation

  • Create and publish content across different platforms, tailored to multiple products and country-specific KPIs and tones.
  • Develop engaging B2B copy that drives brand awareness and lead generation, as well as trend-led and reactive posts.

Community Engagement and Campaign Support

  • Support the execution of various campaigns, including social media, email, and internal communications. Assist with paid advertising initiatives to achieve brand goals.
  • Handle customer service responses on social channels and gather client feedback.
  • Craft and distribute company updates, newsletters, and internal announcements.

Content Quality Management

  • Proofread and edit content for consistency and quality.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice across all communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver content that meets client needs.

SEO and Performance Analysis

  • Optimise content for SEO to increase visibility and organic reach.
  • Track and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Bring to IMSM?

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar marketing role, ideally in B2B or professional services
  • Portfolio showcasing published work across various platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with adaptability across different tones of voice
  • Competent in using social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields (Bachelor's preferred but not required).
