About The Job

You will play a key role in supporting and implementing marketing initiatives across multiple products and international markets. Managing the marketing team, you'll help elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and deepen client engagement. Your role will focus on executing innovative campaigns across various channels, ensuring that every marketing effort aligns with our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for the North American team, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across marketing initiatives
  • Manage and support a small marketing team, ensuring that each member is well-supported, and their skills are effectively utilised
  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Support the creation and distribution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring it is on-brand and resonates with target audiences in different regions
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, webinars, and content marketing
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, helping the team make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns
  • Contribute to the management of SEO & PPC initiatives to increase traffic and improve our digital footprint
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Bring to IMSM?

  • Proven Experience as a Senior Marketing Executive or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on digital marketing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and content management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear, effective storytelling
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas and solutions
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • CIM qualification, Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience
