YouTube Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative YouTube Manager to oversee and optimize video content for our clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, best practices, and audience engagement strategies. You will be responsible for content planning, scriptwriting, video SEO, and overall channel growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and identify video opportunities aligned with their initiatives.
• Develop compelling video scripts for the production team to execute.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions to video content.
• Work with design team to create eye-catching, high-quality thumbnails that enhance click-through rates.
• Craft engaging and optimized titles and descriptions to drive video performance.
• Conduct in-depth research on trending keywords, tags, and YouTube SEO strategies to maximize discoverability.
• Propose and manage video distribution schedules to ensure consistent content output.
• Schedule and publish videos according to the agreed-upon strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels with successful growth metrics.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm, best practices, and SEO strategies.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to measure video performance and optimize future content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or video production.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools and keyword research platforms.
• Understanding of audience psychology and engagement strategies.
