We are a leading, all-in-one platform for creators (Influencers), who have been helping your favourite creators turn their passion into successful businesses since 2016. Our creators include Logan Paul, Iman Gadzhi, Grace Beverley, Mike Thurston, Leana Deebi and many others!
We help creators sell high-ticket courses and sell our own Genflow ones. We are looking to boost our sales team and have an experienced closer join us.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and drive sales for our premium education programs which provide information, systems and coaching that designed help entrepreneurs launch and scale their digital product businesses.
This is a remote role focused on closing inbound leads, conducting sales calls, and converting prospects into buyers.
The ideal candidate must have a clear knowledge and passion for the online education industry. Bonus if you have closed deals for online courses in this space before.
- Sales Calls & Closing Deals: Conduct scheduled sales calls with warm leads, identify their needs, and confidently close sales.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential leads via email, calls, and messages to address objections and aim to convert.
- Understanding the Product: Develop deep expertise in the Genflow product(s) to communicate its value effectively and tailor the pitch to different prospects.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all interactions with leads, update CRM systems, and report on conversion rates and sales performance, on a weekly basis.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns, overcome hesitations, and reinforce why our product is the right fit for each lead.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and overall conversion rates.
Who You Are:
- Proven Sales Experience: minimum 1 year relevant experience + strong track record in closing sales, preferably in education, coaching, or online programs.
- Excellent Communicator: know how to engage & persuade prospects with clarity &
- confidence.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting & exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient & Resourceful – You don’t take “no” personally & are skilled at overcoming objections.
- Familiar with Online Business: You understand digital products, personal brands, and online education
Compensation
- Base Salary + Sales Commission
