About the Social & Content Creator:

As a Social & Content Creator, you will be responsible for taking Fleek’s brand voice and creating a character around it. You will come up with creative ways to gain traction and engagement on social channels by ideating and leading campaigns. You will come to marketing meetings with unique ideas on how we should be positioning ourselves and interacting within the community.

We’re a team hell-bent on doing our very best work, solving hard problems, staying optimistic, and believing that Fleek is the future. We are also looking for candidates that have experience working in a remote and past-paced startup environment.

Applicants should clearly demonstrate their experience through writing samples and examples of campaigns they’ve run in the past. Web3 experience is not required, however, a general understanding of AI crypto landscape is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive our social presence and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams
• Strategize daily messaging and narratives for Fleek and the ecosystem, both for proactive initiatives and responsive engagement
• Deliver concise, impactful messaging that amplifies our voice, increases mindshare and resonates with the crypto community
• Develop content that engages the audience and fosters direct, meaningful connections
• Embrace the fast-paced nature of crypto, with the flexibility to adapt to its 24/7 changing landscape

Awesome Experience You’ll Bring to Fleek:

• 2+ years in social media/marketing with active crypto community engagement
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• You’re chronically online, easily adaptable and have experience with community management
• Knowledge of crypto twitter, Degen culture of crypto and the AI crypto landscape
• Experience interacting with the community

• Following on X
• Substack
• Strong existing relationships
• Web3 experience
